Celebrate Caviar Restaurant Participation Guidelines

Tying in with National Caviar Day on July 18^th, Sacramento’s Celebrate Caviar is a celebration of the region’s premier caviar production and dining destinations that span the Sacramento region. Did you know that Sacramento is the Caviar capital of the United States? Sacramento produces 80% of the domestic supply of Caviar in the country! And with the five-fold increase of caviar with consumers, it’s clear that our diners love and want to try caviar! The four-day event will showcase the Sacramento region as the caviar sourcing powerhouse that it is, with local restaurants hosting special menus and curated events for a dynamic and indulgent dining experience.

We welcome all Sacramento region restaurants to participation, here's how to get started:

Create menu items or special offers that centers around caviar to showcase throughout the four-day event. These can be existing caviar items on your menu, a new caviar item you want to add or a special discount you want to offer on caviar items during specific times or
Market menu item or special during and leading up to the four-day event both in the restaurant with branded menu
Post about your menu offerings and Caviar Week on social media channels. Post at least 3 times and tag @CraveSac and #CelebrateCaviarSac on all posts
Contribute four (4) $25 gift cards per restaurant registration for promotional marketing of Celebrate Caviar and Crave Sacramento at large.
Optional: Provide a recipe for your menu special and photo to be used in PR outreach, social media and promotions
This event is open to all participants, both CRA members and non-members. There is no membership requirement to participate.

- Media & Influencers - Restaurant reviewers, critics and bloggers will cover Celebrate Caviar and the participating restaurants.
Promotional Materials: Participating restaurants receive a variety of marketing materials and digital assets to help promote Celebrate Caviar including:
- Menu Tool Kit - Tips to create menus that attract Celebrate Caviar customers.
- Promotional Inserts - Celebrate Caviar information provided for use in check presenters.
