BARE utilizes a comprehensive internal system to select the best evaluators based on program guidelines. The dedicated project manager inputs all necessary qualifications into the database to select the best rated past performers to carry out each project. Multi-step screening includes the internal Extended Evaluator Profile, which highlights the success rating and project history of each individual field agent.
If within BARE's internal network of a 300,000+ for the U.S. field force team, it is necessary, we will actively recruit for additional evaluators to fulfill the objectives established in the appropriate time frame specified. In addition, BARE will ensure that evaluators are properly vetted and educated to industry standards and program details, certifications and client objectives. All evaluators and auditors will complete the BARE Basics test as part of this process.
