EmployeeMetrics offers a web-based interface that enables businesses to manage wage/hour risk on a regular, realtime basis.  We offer a technology services that enable managers to do their jobs more efficiently, and to make employers' practices/objectives easier to achieve.  These tools are designed to increase operating efficiency and reduce exposure to labor-related litigation. 

Our core app, ETA, works on all operating systems and smart devices.  It displays timekeeping data in realtime along with information about which breaks have been earned, taken, and missed.  It is designed to integrate with existing timekeeping systems, e.g., ADP or Focus. 

We have other tools for resolving issues relating to potential missed breaks and managerial misclassification.
